Chef Christopher Roth spent the first eight years of his professional career splitting his time between France and New York City. In those first years, Chef Roth moved up the ranks in the kitchen and had the opportunity to cook for numerous celebrities and dignitaries. During his time in France, Chef Roth proudly worked at four Michelin Star restaurants and had the privilege to work with Chefs Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and Chef Roger Vergé in Mougins.

Chef Roth returned to the United States in early 2004 and joined the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach, a Forbes Travel Guide Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Hotel, as their Restaurant Chef then moving up to Banquet Chef. Although his permanent position was in Palm Beach, he had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other Chefs at Ritz-Carltons across Florida.

Now a newlywed, and with ambitions to run his own kitchen as Executive Chef, Chef Roth made the difficult decision and accepted a position as Chef de Cuisine at the World Renowned Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida under Chef Peter Timmins in the fall of 2012. It was only a few years later that Chef Roth was contacted by Oak Hill's General Manager and offered a position as their Executive Chef.

Executive Chef Christopher Roth not only revitalized Oak Hill's kitchen as a whole, but established a flourishing educational program within his kitchen. He continues to invite talented young culinarians to Oak Hill as part of their internship program and encourages his established team to continue growing and move up the ranks within his kitchen.

Chef Roth has received the title of 2018 Chef of the Year for the ACF Rochester NY chapter.
